Deposit limits:

• Standard maximum deposit: R$ 50,000.00 per transaction;

All deposits must be made by the account holder. Receiving deposits from third parties or corporate accounts is prohibited. Deposit attempts using payment details that do not match the k7games account holder will be rejected and the funds returned.

K7games may place a withdrawal on hold for up to 48 hours for security and compliance review, particularly when there is unusual account activity, a withdrawal immediately following a large win, or pending KYC documentation. This is not a refusal — it is a standard compliance procedure that protects both the player and the platform.

Wagering requirement (rollover): Every bonus granted by K7Games is subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings generated by the bonus can be withdrawn. The requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's description, expressed as "XR" (where X is the multiplier applied to the bonus amount or to the deposit + bonus, as specified).

Game type contribution toward rollover:

• Slots: 100% contribution;
• Crash games (Aviator and similar): 100% contribution;
• Roulette (all variations): 20% contribution;
• Blackjack (all variations): 10% contribution;
• Baccarat: 10% contribution;
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution (valid only on odds of 1.50 or higher);
• Live game shows (Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, etc.): 50% contribution.

Bonus validity: Unused bonuses or bonuses whose rollover requirement is not met within 30 calendar days of being granted will be automatically cancelled with no option for reactivation.

Maximum bets with an active bonus: While a bonus balance is active, the maximum bet per round or match is R$ 50.00. Bets exceeding this amount while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus abuse: k7games monitors betting patterns that indicate systematic promotion abuse (bonus arbitrage, coordinated use across accounts, low-risk bets placed solely to meet rollover requirements). In identified cases, k7games reserves the right to cancel the bonus, retain the corresponding winnings, and close the account.

All games available at k7games — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, game shows, and crash games — are provided by licensed suppliers certified by recognized international regulatory authorities.

Game integrity:

• Digital games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs;

• Bets on cancelled events are fully refunded to the player's balance;

• Clearly incorrect odds errors (for example, a team with a 99.9% probability paying out at 10:1) may be unilaterally voided by K7Games before the event starts, with a full refund of the wager;
• Accumulator bets (multiples) are calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection. A void selection is removed from the accumulator and the calculation proceeds without it;
